Resolved: Contractor complaint

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with discount on future orders. Full refund on October 7, 2022, Chattanooga, TN.

I was very, very displeased. I paid for a service, which I contracted for, in advance, and never received. Appointment was rescheduled and given to another person, Jessica, to handle. On the rescheduled day, she never showed. She called to say she would be running late. She called for some info. on the product she was to service. Said info. was texted back to her. She didn't respond back, never could get back in touch with her, she never showed up. At the end of the day, service was never rendered. Service paid for and had to go through customer service to get funds refunded. Took a lot of time for that transaction. They tell you it will take up to 10 days to get your money refunded.

User's recommendation: DO NOT USE, UNRELIABLE!!!! They require you to pay in advance but there is no guarantee you will receive the service.

Angie Leads HomeAdvisor Pro RIP OFF

We signed up for commercial leads after getting constant calls from their sales staff in Colorado. We were promised the world and I guess I assumed that their customer service staff would be just as attentive! Boy was I wrong! The leads that we received were terrible! We signed up for only business leads and we received mostly homeowners! Leads were automatically charged to our credit card from $77 to $116 PER LEAD! Then you have to get to a desktop ask for a credit or call their 877 phone number and talk to a customer service agent from overseas Philippines or Guatemala and then wait another day to see a denial email come. Then you will have to dispute it which will take at least an hour to fight it out with an overseas agent, most of the time not getting your money back. SAVE YOUR MONEY. YOU WOULD HAVE BETTER LUCK COLD CALLING PEOPLE! TOTAL RIP OFF FOR BUSINESSES!

User's recommendation: DON'T USE THERE IS NO ONE TO EMAIL OR CONTACT ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD!
